1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Alogix transportation management system platform ("Service"), operated at 12910 S 85th Ct, Palos Park, IL 60464. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the carrier or company you represent.
2. The Service
Alogix provides software for trucking carriers to manage dispatch, loads, drivers, fleet, driver settlements, invoicing, and related back-office operations, including optional integrations with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, Samsara, and Google Maps that a carrier may choose to connect.
3. Accounts and access
- A carrier's administrator is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into the Service and for managing which users have access.
- Users must keep login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under their account.
- Alogix may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.
4. Third-party integrations
The Service may connect to third-party platforms (including QuickBooks Online, Samsara, and Google Maps) that a carrier chooses to authorize. Use of those third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Alogix is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services. A carrier may disconnect any integration at any time from within the platform's Settings.
5. Customer data
Data a carrier enters into the Service — loads, driver records, financial data, and similar — remains the property of that carrier. Alogix uses this data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and does not sell customer data.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable transportation, labor, or data protection law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected third-party integrations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.
7. Fees
Use of paid tiers of the Service is subject to the pricing and billing terms presented at signup — see the current plans at /#pricing. Fees are billed in advance via Stripe. Monthly plans are non-refundable except as required by law; cancel any time and access continues until the end of the billing period.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Alogix does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alogix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an account at any time. Upon termination, Alogix will make carrier data available for export for 30 days before deletion, except where earlier deletion is legally required or explicitly requested.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and, where required, additional notice will be provided.
