Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Alogix Transportation Management System. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Alogix provides cloud-based fleet operations software including dispatch, settlements, invoicing, DOT compliance tracking, GPS, and analytics modules.
3. Subscription & Billing
- 14-day trial begins on account creation, no credit card required.
- Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time — access continues until period end.
- Per-truck overages are calculated from active trucks in your fleet at the start of each billing cycle.
- Refunds for prepaid annual plans are pro-rated; monthly plans are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to circumvent security or rate limits.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without written consent.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of fleet, driver, load, and settlement data you enter. We process it to provide the service and never sell it.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
7. Limitation of Liability
Alogix provides the service “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
