How does pricing work?
Starter is $150/month flat for up to 10 trucks and includes the operations baseline: Fleet Operations, Invoicing & Settlements, DOT Compliance Hub, Driver HR Records, and the Integrations Layer (QuickBooks, Samsara, ELD). Growth is $200/month for up to 10 trucks and adds the Dispatch Assistant (GPT-powered load triage and conflict detection), Operations Intelligence (P&L per load and lane profitability), Live Fleet Map, and priority support — plus $18 per active truck/month beyond the first 10. Only trucks marked as active count toward billing. Scale up or down anytime.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial is completely free and requires no payment information. You only enter payment details when you choose a plan after the trial.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade instantly and your billing is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No long-term contracts.

Who is Alogix built for?
US trucking carriers that run their own trucks — from a single owner-operator to larger fleets. Alogix is carrier software: it dispatches your trucks and does not broker freight.
How does Alogix handle rate confirmations?
Upload a rate confirmation and Alogix extracts the load details with document extraction so you can create the load faster. You review the result before it is saved, and the rate con stays attached to the load.
Can I run more than one MC number?
Yes. Data is scoped by MC number, so each MC sees only its own loads, drivers and trucks. Admins can view all MCs under the company.
Does Alogix stop me from dispatching a driver with an expired CDL or medical card?
Yes. A driver must have a valid CDL and medical card to be dispatched, and a truck in maintenance status cannot be dispatched.
How are driver settlements calculated?
Delivered loads are grouped by driver and gross pay is calculated from the driver's pay profile (per mile, per load, percentage, or hourly). Stop pay and reimbursements are added; advances, recurring deductions and non-reimbursable expenses are subtracted to get net pay.
When does an invoice get created?
When a load reaches Ready to Bill and is not on billing hold. Invoice lines come from the load revenue and any accessorial charges.
Can drivers use Alogix on their phones?
Yes. Drivers get a mobile app for load updates, document uploads and inspections. Today it installs from the browser on iOS and Android.
Are the free tools really free?
Yes. The IFTA, driver pay, fuel cost, cost-per-mile, HOS, per diem and other calculators are free to use with no signup.

Samsara for GPS and telematics, QuickBooks for accounting sync, Google Maps for routes and geocoding, Stripe for billing, Telegram for driver notifications, OpenAI for GPT-powered dispatch and document features, DeepSeek for AI import formatting, AWS for cloud infrastructure (SES email, S3 storage), Inngest for event orchestration and cron jobs, factoring companies (RTS, TAFS, and EDI/CSV export), PrePass for toll transactions, and fuel cards (EFS, Comdata, WEX, Relay). More integrations are added regularly.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and daily automated backups, and host on AWS infrastructure. Every query is scoped to your MC numbers, so one company never sees another's data. Your data is never shared with third parties.
Do you offer a mobile app?
Yes. Drivers get a mobile app for load updates, document uploads, and messaging. Today it installs from the browser on iOS and Android as a web app (PWA). Native App Store and Google Play apps are coming soon.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
After the trial, you'll need to choose a plan to continue using the platform. Pick Starter for up to 10 trucks, or Growth to add trucks beyond 10 at $18 each and unlock the intelligence tools. No automatic charges — you choose when to subscribe.
